In order to respect the privacy of the users of the website https://cellenza.com (the “Site”), and in accordance with the regulations in force in France regarding personal data as issued, until 25 May 2018, from the law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the “Information Technology and Freedoms” law, and, as of 25 May 2018, from the EU Regulation 2016/679 on data protection, CELLENZA offers you the present Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”).
The Charter allows you to be informed about the origin and use of the browsing information processed by CELLENZA in connection with your visit to the Site.
CELLENZA reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and recommends that you review it regularly.
1. Processing of personal data
1.1. Identity of the data controller
The Site is published by CELLENZA, a simplified joint stock company with variable share capital, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under no. 529 602 161, whose registered office is located at 16 place de l’Iris Esplanade Business Centre, Tour CB21, 92400 Courbevoie, France, represented by Mr. Arnaud Hego.

1.2. Type of personal data collected
CELLENZA reminds you that personal data is any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements specific to him or her (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).
Thus, accessing and using the Site does not require the provision of Personal Data. However, you may be asked to transmit your Personal Data when browsing the Site, or when filling in forms (contact, recruitment, etc.).
The Personal Data collected is then stored by CELLENZA in an automated file.
The mandatory personal data requested by CELLENZA are

CELLENZA informs you that Personal Data may be collected automatically based on your actions on the Site.
You agree to provide current and valid Personal Identification Data as part of the information requested on the Site and warrant that you will not make any false statements or provide any incorrect information.
1.3. When may your Personal Information be collected?
Your Personal Information may be collected in the following cases:

- Downloading a resource (white paper, infographic, case study, video, etc.)
- Feedback form on a resource (white paper, infographic, case study, video, etc.),
- Event registration form,
- Recruitment form.
1.4. Recipients of Personal Data
The Personal Data you provide on the Site is intended for :
- CELLENZA, and in particular the persons in charge of the Marketing Resources Department, the Sales Department, the Human Resources Department, the departments in charge of customer relations, the administrative departments, the logistics and IT departments, and
- CELLENZA’s subcontractors and service providers, with the proviso that the contract between these subcontractors/service providers and CELLENZA as the data controller must contain a reference to the obligations of the subcontractors/service providers with regard to the protection of the security and confidentiality of the data.
1.5. Purposes of the processing of personal data
The compulsory or optional nature of the information requested is indicated by an asterisk at the time of collection. Mandatory personal data are those that are strictly necessary for the processing of your requests; optional personal data collected by CELLENZA are intended to get to know you better and thus improve your browsing experience on the Site.
The data collected will be stored in CELLENZA’s files and will be processed by computer in order to allow CELLENZA to :
- send you newsletters,
- send you resources (white papers, articles, invitations to events, etc.)
- conduct recruitment operations,
- to offer you training courses,
- to carry out statistical studies and marketing analyses in relation to your use of the Site,
- to carry out audience measurement and viewing of the various contents by country,
CELLENZA may communicate to its partners statistical analyses of the audience and the viewing of content. The analyses thus communicated will be anonymous and will simply show the number of views, within a country and over a given period of time, of certain content appearing on the Site.
1.6. Country of destination of Personal Data
CELLENZA ensures that the Personal Data is located in countries offering an adequate level of protection either because it complies with the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 or the amended Data Protection Act, or because it is recognized as adequate by the European Union.
In the event that CELLENZA transfers Personal Data to countries that do not offer levels of protection equivalent to the level of protection afforded to Personal Data in the European Union, CELLENZA undertakes to regulate this transfer by signing standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.
1.7. Protection of Personal Data
CELLENZA is committed to collecting your personal data in a manner that is :

- within the strict framework of the purposes for which it is collected,
- for the period of time required for the processing.
CELLENZA undertakes to take all technical and organisational measures to protect the Personal Data processed, to ensure its security and confidentiality, and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties.
1.8. Rights of access, rectification and opposition to personal data
Upon written request, you may access your Personal Data, request that it be amended or corrected, or request that it no longer be included in the CELLENZA database.
Under the right of access, you are entitled to request that CELLENZA disclose your Personal Data in an accessible form in accordance with Article 39 of the Data Protection Act. You may also obtain confirmation that your Personal Data is or is not being processed. Finally, you may obtain communication in the same form of the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data processed and the recipients to whom the Personal Data are communicated.
The right of rectification gives you the right to demand that CELLENZA rectify, complete, update or delete your Personal Data if it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date.
The right to object gives you the right to object, free of charge and at your discretion, to the use of your Personal Data by CELLENZA for any purpose.
In order to exercise the above rights, please send your request by e-mail to the following address: contact-gdpr@cellenza.com. CELLENZA undertakes to process requests to exercise these rights within a maximum of one (1) month from receipt, which may be extended to two (2) months depending on the complexity and number of requests.
1.9. Retention of Personal Data
CELLENZA shall retain your Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes of collection. In any event, your Personal Data is stored for the following maximum periods:
- management of your requests for information: 3 years from the date of collection,
- management and follow-up of customer relations: 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship,
- management of your subscription to the newsletter: until you unsubscribe,
- management of operations relating to prospecting: 3 years from the date of collection,
- preparation of commercial statistics: 13 months from the first deposit in your terminal,
- management of your requests for access, rectification and opposition rights: 3 years from your request,
- management of recruitment: 2 years after the last contact with the candidate.

2.3 How long are cookies used?
