In order to respect the privacy of the users of the website https://cellenza.com (the “Site”), and in accordance with the regulations in force in France regarding personal data as issued, until 25 May 2018, from the law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the “Information Technology and Freedoms” law, and, as of 25 May 2018, from the EU Regulation 2016/679 on data protection, CELLENZA offers you the present Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”).

The Charter allows you to be informed about the origin and use of the browsing information processed by CELLENZA in connection with your visit to the Site.

CELLENZA reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and recommends that you review it regularly.

CELLENZA reminds you that personal data is any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements specific to him or her (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).

Finally, you may obtain communication in the same form of the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data processed and the recipients to whom the Personal Data are communicated.

The right of rectification gives you the right to demand that CELLENZA rectify, complete, update or delete your Personal Data if it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date.

The right to object gives you the right to object, free of charge and at your discretion, to the use of your Personal Data by CELLENZA for any purpose.

CELLENZA undertakes to process requests to exercise these rights within a maximum of one (1) month from receipt, which may be extended to two (2) months depending on the complexity and number of requests.
