CSR: Cellenza Signs Multiple Charters

Cellenza has been publicly committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) since its inception. By signing a number of charters, we reaffirm our core values and our desire to continually strengthen our efforts in the area of sustainable development.
These charters are official, public endorsements of CSR initiatives or principles that we formalize and apply internally. They represent our commitments that shape our corporate culture, our business practices, and, more broadly, our relationship with all our stakeholders.
In our own way, and over the years, we have taken initiatives to fund causes that we believed were important and fair, established responsible internal practices, and signed charters whose values we share and continue to apply.

Cellenza affirms its CSR beliefs by signing publicly recognized charters.
Membership of the United Nations Global Compact
What Is the United Nations Global Compact?
The United Nations Global Compact is a voluntary commitment framework for companies. By joining, Cellenza commits to ten principles derived from the fundamental texts of the United Nations based on human rights, labor law, the environment, and the fight against corruption. Signing this pact means a de facto alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Why Did Cellenza Decide to Sign the Global Compact?
Cellenza has been a member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2014, adopting responsible practices focused on social and environmental progress. The integration of this network of Compact member organizations enables Cellenza to benefit from an exchange framework conducive to CSR initiatives and progress.
Signing this pact was one of the first steps in building our CSR approach. This initiative helps us structure and implement our approach daily.

Since then, we have continued to develop initiatives in this direction, focusing on risk prevention and health in the workplace and improving the quality of life at work. The company is also committed to the environment through various initiatives such as recycling, waste recovery, and promoting sustainable mobility with FairJungle for employee business travel.
In line with its CSR structure, Cellenza has also deepened its involvement in the fight against discrimination. Aware of the need to foster an inclusive and respectful working environment for all its employees, Cellenza has signed the Diversity Charter.
Membership of the Diversity Charter
What Is the Diversity Charter?
The Diversity Charter was created by “Les Entreprises pour la Cité,” a network promoting equal opportunities, diversity, and corporate sponsorship. By signing it, Cellenza is investing further in diversity to move toward greater equality and inclusion.
Putting Our Values into Action: Cellenza’s Diversity Policy
As a responsible corporate citizen, Cellenza is committed to contributing to the creation of social wealth. A collective awareness of the need to fight discrimination has naturally taken root at Cellenza. This led us to develop a diversity policy, which we have formalized by signing this Charter. By developing the skills of each of our employees through skills-based selection and promotion processes based solely on expertise, we demonstrate our strong desire to play a role in societal issues related to access to employment.
This charter encourages Cellenza to apply the principle of non-discrimination to all company decisions. For example, all of our HR, management, and executive staff involved in hiring refer to a single assessment document based on objective criteria related to an individual’s suitability for the position.
Membership of the Parenthood Charter
What Is the Parenthood Charter?
The Parenthood Charter aims to help employees who are parents manage their life balance. Integrating employee parenthood is part of an approach aimed at respecting gender equality in the workplace. It helps to create a working environment in which employees who are parents can more easily reconcile their work and family responsibilities.
Supporting Parenthood: How Cellenza Is Strengthening Its Support for Employees Who Are Parents
By signing this charter, Cellenza accepts its responsibility to facilitate the work-life balance of employees who are parents by adopting management practices and behaviors that respect the professional development of employees who are parents.
Since 2021, Cellenza has been building a partnership with Bidiboo, which offers support to parents with one or more children aged 0 to 5 in their home.
Marine Carteret – CSR & HR Development Manager
For Cellenza, informing all employees about parenthood is essential and aims to prevent and eliminate discriminatory practices against employees who are parents.
In addition to joining these public charters, Cellenza has formalized principles and beliefs by creating its own internal charters of conduct.
Our Internal Charters
Cellenza’s CSR Charter
What Is Our CSR Charter?
Our internal CSR Charter formalizes principles aimed at making our operations more responsible. This text contributes to an ethical and transparent approach to CSR, demonstrating our commitment to social, environmental, and economic issues.
What Are Our Commitments?
All our employees read and sign this charter when they join Cellenza. This charter emphasizes respect for human rights and is dedicated to the professional development of our employees.
We decided to formalize our CSR commitments and today we’re very proud: all our employees are signatories to this charter!
Lylian Bontron, in charge of CSR at Cellenza
Cellenza thus formalizes its initiatives in favor of economic responsibility, responsible human resources management, anti-discrimination, gender equality and integration of people with disabilities, and environmental responsibility. Cellenza is also committed to improving the quality of working life and sharing knowledge, thus contributing to collective enrichment. Cellenza also strives to maintain a balance between its employees’ professional and personal lives.
This is one of the reasons why we have set up a telecommuting policy.
Cellenza’s Teleworking Charter
What Is Our Teleworking Charter?
Employee well-being has always been a top priority for Cellenza. That’s why this charter is designed to support teleworking employees.
Teleworking at Cellenza
The charter provides a framework for teleworking. It allows employees to work remotely up to three days a week. Cellenza has also decided to give a 500-euro subsidy to employees whose trial period has been approved so that they can equip their teleworking workplace. What’s more, the telework package offers a wide range of products. 95% of them are “Ecoresponsible” certified.
This teleworking policy fits perfectly with our overall CSR policy and meets our business sector’s social and environmental needs.
Cellenza’s Responsible Purchasing Charter
What Is Our Responsible Purchasing Charter?
The purpose of the Responsible Purchasing Charter is to define the basic principles for ethical and sustainable business relationships with Cellenza’s product and service suppliers and its subcontractors. The charter invites Cellenza’s suppliers and subcontractors to respect and implement the necessary means to meet the commitments set.
Our Approach to Responsible Purchasing
Cellenza takes its responsibility towards its suppliers and subcontractors by selecting them according to a fair purchasing process, and promoting tenders that include social and environmental clauses. Cellenza gives preference to candidates with CSR performance criteria and trains its buyers in the principles of ethics and CSR.
In turn, the company’s suppliers must comply with national and international human rights standards, guarantee decent working conditions, and combat corruption and conflicts of interest. They must also try to reduce their environmental impact, and promote high-performance, environmentally sound solutions.
